Shared Review hosted on SharePoint site using Adobe Acrobat Pro 11

I did a shared review using the Wizard to host the file on the Company SharePoint site. The document link that comes on the notification email, opens only in the browser. The file association setting for Windows for .PDF point to the Acrobat Pro 11. Because it opens in the browser, the options to export the comments are dimmed or not available in the browser Adobe interface.
