Sharing a digital signature with others - how to?

I have an executive who has Reader DC installed and has a digital signature set up.  He wants to share this signature with his admin assistant so that she can sign documents for him as she manages a lot of items that come in through his mailbox.  How can he share his signature with her easily?  Not one we want him to have to spend a lot of time on.  On previous versions he simply copied a file and sent it to her but latest version doesn't seem to work that way and it looks like the signature is stored on a server rather than locally.  What's the solution?

Hello,

The link does not appear to work. How does a manager share her signature with an administrative assistant to sign on her behalf. Also, using Auto Delegate, would the manager still see the documents sent to her?

Thank you,

I received the answer to my questions via the Adobe Support Chat. Below is the response.

If user A has set auto delegation to user B and the document is sent for signature to user A, both the user A and B will receive a please sign email at the same time. Yes, any of the user A or user B can sign the document

Apparently only the signer that signs the document will receive the sign status change email along with the signed PDF document. However, if the other signer tries to sign the document they will get an error stating that document has already been signed.

Also User B can use a saved signature of User A.
