Hello. I created templates in the web version of adobe. I am unable to see the templates on the computer desktop app. Any help would be appreciated. How do I edit my homescreen to see templates?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

The created sign template is stored in your Adobe Document Cloud account. The Recent section at the bottom area of the Home page lists all the templates you’ve created recently. Alternatively, to see the list of all your templates, click Documents in the top-menu bar, and then click Templates.

I have the same question.  I can see the template in the web version, but not in the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Pro.

I am switching to a new laptop, and it no longer shows in the new laptop.

The templates show on my old laptop's Adobe Acrobat Pro, but not the new one.

I even created a new template on the new laptop, and the templates still do not show up on the new laptop UI.

Thoughts?  Settings?
