Sign Multiple Signatures at Once
Hi,
I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro. My organization has documents that need to be signed on every page. This process takes a long time, especially with larger files because we use digital ID's to sign, so every time you sign you have to select your id, input your pin, save the file, and then find the next signature block to sign on the new file. We deal with engineering so our signature has to be on every page. I've seen some similar threads where the solution was to use stamps or something similar, but this won't work for us - our signatures also have a timestamp on them so keeping a stamp of it would have an old timestamp.
I'm trying to find a solution where when the first signature block is signed, all the other signatures in the same location on the following pages are signed as well. I've tried writing scripts for this, but it can't get past the pin verification part. I've also tried automating it using bellatrix test framework ([link deleted by moderator]) where I can write in a test and it'll open adobe, click on the signature block, and follow through the steps to sign it automatically, but this isn't working either.
Has anyone had a similar problem and found any solutions to this?
