i want to send pdf-files to customers so that they can sign it using their mobile phone.

they then have to enter their phone number, receive an sms, can follow the link and sign using ther mobile phone touchscreen. thsi works fine.

BUT: when they have to enter theit phone number, the suggested country code is always +1 (USA). How can i change the suggestion? all customers are in austria (+43)

Hi @Tamara36406106oz8d ,

I believe that you are using Adobe Acrobat Sign enterprise licensing plan, since phone and password  authentication is only available for that plan:

The individual plan that is shipped with Adobe Acrobat only allows to share  and authenticate with email and password.

Based on what I am reading only US numbers are used and with different carriers, in which case I'd recommend reaching out to Adobe Sign support directly at : https://secure.adobesign.com/public/login

In any case, here are two other complimentary links:

Hope this helps.

In addition, if you suspect this is a feature that is missing, you may use the following channels listed below to request a feature or share your input directly with Adobe:

Thanks for your answer.

No, we are using the integrated solution in Adobe Acrobat Pro for teams.

You can have the users sign using their mobile phone touchscreen there.

You send the signature request per mail, they then have to enter their phone number, receive an sms, can follow the link and sign using ther mobile phone touchscreen. this works fine.

But as i said: they have to enter their phone number themselves. And the suggested country-code ist always +1 (USA).

I cannot believe that there is really no way to change this default? (could be change automatically by the receiving e-mail tld, but at least there should be a way to change the default. in our case every customer has to change this every time ...).

Thanks again & Best regards
