Signatures stuck in infinite loading

Question

I open a PDF and I want to sign it and these saved signatures are stuck in an infinite loop and I have no way to add or remove them. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat and the issue persists. I am om macOS 15.

How can I solve this issue? Thanks.

Sorry for the troubled experience.

Is this still happening? You can cancel out of this, if that doesn't work, force close Acrobat. Relaunch Acrobat and check if this issue appears again. Ideally, this issue happens if we have an outage of our services, which is not happening. Or you are connected to the controlled network. Or you have installed a security software that restricts the network traffic.

Ensure your copy of Acrobat is updated, to check for pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check For Updates.

You may also try signing out of the application and try log back in.
