sigvalue larger than expected

An error information appears when I am creating a digital signature saying "Creation of this signature could not be completed. SigValue is 424 bytes larger then expected".

This problem occurs after introducing a time stamp server in "security setting". Could be relevant.

Hi Ivanz7777,

Acrobat 9 is not compatible with Windows 10, Older versions of Acrobat (XI, X, 9) system requirements so problems with it are to be expected. You may try repairing Acrobat using "Repair installation" option under Help menu, reboot the machine after repair and check.

Hi Ivanz7777,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are getting above-mentioned error when trying to creating a certificate signature on a pdf, is that correct?

Could you let us know dot version of Acrobat / Reader and the operating system installed on the machine? You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Are you getting this error when creating a signature without configuring a time stamp server?

Let us know if you need any help.

Hi Shivam,

I am using Acrobat 9 Pro (version 9.0.0) on Windows 10 Home.

There is no error when creating a signature without configuring a time stamp server.
