Stuck in a loop to select saved signature

Hello, 

 

I seem to be stuck in a loop where Acrobat is asking me to choose which signature I want to save as it detects 2 saved signatures in my account. The signatures are EXACTLY the same. I have tried deleting and re-adding the signature both through the app and via the web but the same thing happens. I go to put my digital signature on a document, I get a notification to choose a signature to save, I select it, sign my document, and the next time I need to sign something I get the same error message again. How do I get out of this loop? why is it not registering that I have attempted to manage the signatures and remove the duplicate? It makes no difference if I click the signature on the right, the left, or the remove all together button. This message even comes up when I just use my initials.

Did you try to delete the signature in your account per se?

Yes, I have done that multiple times, even deleted, logged out, and signed back in. Still same loop issue
