submit via email button, but it's not working.

I opened up the document Chrome and now the submit button gives the error:  Form data cannot be submitted to provided server.    anyone have any suggestions. I'm not a techie per-se.

What is your exact version of Acrobat or Reader? Please send a screen shot from Acrobat or Reader of what you see after clicking Help > About Acrobat (or similar).

I actually JUST got this to work!!   Apparently the email address was case sensitive.  As soon as I fixed that it worked!

When I email this to someone who does not have Adobe, it does not work for them.  Do I have to do anything to allow anyone to complete, upload images and submit back to me or are they required to download Adobe to use a fillable form?
