Text font problem in .pdf file

Hello everyone, I am looking for help on the following problem. In some files, the text is not displayed how should be displayed, adobe changes the font. I will attach print screen on how I see it in acrobat reader and how I see the file in other .pdf viewer.

In any other free .pdf viewer I can see the file in original format. 

I have contacted adobe support, the tehnician entered in my computer and tried different methods but nothing worked.

I made some research on this subject and found that the problem might be from the embedded fonts. I have tried to fix it but nothing worked. Tried the preflight method, didn't worked.

Can someone tell me if I can solve this problem somehow or I should pay another .pdf editor?
