text form field - placeholder to stay with entry

I want my form to have text greyed out... Min SF and then when the information is entered, I would like it to add SF at the end of the number ex. 500 SF

So the field should show "Min SF" by default and when the user enters a number into it "SF" should be added to it automatically?

For the latter, use the following code as the custom Format script of the field:
