Text not readable when converting from pdf to jpg

I have a pdf flyer that I'm trying to convert to jpg.  The 1st page converts to a jpg (including text) perfectly.  The 2nd jpg (of the 2nd page) is unreadable.  Why would one page render perfectly and the 2nd page not. Same fonts used on both pages, using the latest Acrobat update.

1. JPEG is not suitable for quality text. Use PNG.

2. The second one looks lower resolution. What are the two image sizes in pixels? Please ask if you're not sure how to find out.

Hi,

I am not a specialist in print production so I will not be able to explain exactly to you, but I already solved this kind of trouble using the flattenner preview print production tool before converting the file.

Be careful, you must work on a copy of your file, because this is an irreversible action.

Try and let me know.
