The “add your signature” button no longer works

Hello

As noted, the button no longer works. As soon as I click: the program cuts off directly or freezes and asks me to send an error report (which I have done several times).

I tried everything else: uninstall/reinstall, repair installation, update: nothing works...

Could you help me ?
