Hello, I use the app, it takes about 33 seconds to load, is there any bug or malfunction

We are aware of the issue and working on a fix with the upcoming release.

 

Meanwhile, would you mind going to Acrobat-> Menu-> Preferences-> Security (enhanced)-> disabling the option "Run in AppContainer"-> Restart the app.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the experience with Acrobat.

 

Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version number of Acrobat you are using (go to Menu-> Help-> About Acrobat Pro);

2. The OS of your device and its complete version (go to System Settings-> System-> About);

3. Is the issue observed at launch, or when you try to follow any workflow?

 

To test, would you mind trying out the steps:

Right-click the app icon-> Properties-> Compatibility-> check the box "Run the app in compatibility mode"-> select Windows 8-> Apply-> Okay.
