Hi Team,

A user in our org is experincing the error when attempting to save PDF's to a network location, this occurs with certain documents, saving the document under a different name also doesn't work.

My Acrobat 8.1 recently gave me an error when I tried to save a file, especially if I made a change to the file.  I figured out that I turned on "Controlled folder access" in my "Windows Security Ransomware Protection".  When I turned it off again, Acrobat returned to normal.

Hi,

Thanks for the info I have tried the steps mentioned in the discussion,

A bit more info from my side:

The user scans from printer to email

When they open as save as on some files they will get this error,

They are saving to a file server (network drive)

Hi there

Would you mind sharing a small video recording of the steps user is following for more clarity?
