Question

The instruction at %s referenced memory at %s. The memory could not be written.

We are seeing multiple machines with the latest Adobe Acrobat update randomly throwing messages like the below on Windows 11.

The instruction at %s referenced memory at %s. The memory could not be written.

We have seen other threads from May and June 2024 with a similar message.  The response from Adobe engineering was that a fix was being worked on.
Is this still a known issue pending a fix?

Hi @Taylor36523971m4qq @default0bid0k0al8x7,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience!

The team is already aware of the issue and is investigating a fix.

Meanwhile, would you mind generating crash logs and sharing the log ID with me? This will help me and the team greatly in expediting the fix.

Please use this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html to collect crash logs and share the unique ID of the log.
