The last page of my PDF doesn’t load up and has a blank grey screen

As the title says really, but to expand a little further. Whenever I export my files all the pages load and I can view them, however, when it comes to the last page it goes blank with a grey screen. I have updated the software, reinstalled and uninstalled it but to no avail.

The pictures show that my second to last page it viewable but the last one isn't for some reason.

I even made a new document with no alterations or changes just two blank pages and exported them, and still have the grey blank page problem.

Do not view the file in a browser. Save it locally and then open it using Adobe Acrobat or Reader.
