Hi all,

in the output preview of Acrobat Pro ist the outil pipette for color measuring.

I was used to this helpful tool in older versions of Acrobat.

Now in Acrobat Pro DC it doesn't show any color values while going over a picture.

What's the problem? Anything not right in my settings?

Thanx

Bernhard

Correct answer Bernhard_74

In the meanwhile I found out that the problem was caused by my mouse (mad catz – RAT 7) that does not fit together with high sierra.

Now using a regular mouse and the values appear!!! Wonderwonder …

So thanks for help!

Hi Bernhard,

Could you please confirm if you are referring to color separations under output preview?

If yes, check if "separations" is selected under Preview. Below is the screenshot:

Let us know if that is not the case.

Hi Shivam,

exactly, Output Preview –> Preview: Seperations.

But unfortunately no values next to the C M Y K fields as shown in your screenshot.

Strange.

Screenshot in German – sorry.
