Hi all,
My user is facing a weird issue. The "Get Started" window always appears when she opens the Acrobat Pro.
Also, the "Get Started" window will appear when she saves the PDF or opens a new tab in Acrobat Pro.
I tried to reinstall the Acrobat, but it still appeared.
Is there anyone who can tell me how I can solve this issue?

It troubled me a few starts, but it is currently gone. I simply closed them each time.

Hi,
Is this happening when the user is not connected to the Internet?

Nope, the computer is connected to the Internet

Assuming that this is not a bug that might've been introduced with latest updates, all I can think of is if the user is signed in in Acrobat with the Adobe ID that is associated appropriately with their subscription plan.
If that is not the case, it may be possible too that her Adobe ID (user account) has been activated in more than two different computer devices.
In which case, she may go online and sig in with her Adobe ID to:
And on that page, verify if her account appears activated in two or more computing devices.
If it is, she may deactivate all other computers and only leave active the computer that she is currently working with that PDF.
Also, are you able to confirm if this is hapoening with inly one PDF document or with any PDF documents that she tries to view in Acrobat on that computer?

Only one activated device is shown at https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices.
And I can confirm that she is using the correct account.
The "Get Started" windows will appear when:
1. Open Acrobat Pro every time
2. Open any PDF with Acrobat
3. Save any PDF
