Question

Third-party plug-ins are not displayed in the menu.

Hello,
I got a new computer and transferred everything from my old MacBook to the MacBook Air. Unfortunately, the Quite Imposing plug-in (version 5.2) does not work. On the old computer with the same operating system it works without any problems.
I have reinstalled it. No error message, everything is in the right place. I suspect that there is a setting in Acrobat that suppresses this. Neither the menu nor information about third-party plug-ins appears.

Does anyone have an idea?

Thank you
F

Hi @Frank_HfMT,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

If you are still looking for a solution, you might want to try the below steps:

  • Open Acrobat.
  • Go to AcrobatPreferences → General.
  • Scroll down and check if there’s an option like "Use only certified plug-ins".
    • If enabled, disable it, restart Acrobat, and check if Quite Imposing appears.

Hope this helps.
