I share documents several times a month, now I cannot.

Why?

adding, Ive tried recreating the PDF, and Ive also tried other PDFs in other locations, and none of them can be shared.

I believe Adobe has an issue.

Would you mind sharing a screen shot of the error or a screen recording of the workflow you are trying to achieve for better understanding?

Also, please try signing out from the application and sign back in to check if it helps.

@S. S  Thanks for the suggestions.  I removed the prefs and still had the same results.  The online tools DID work! So at least thats a workaround that I can use.

 

Im on a Mac so the Windows only stuff wont work.

Great to know that the workaround works.

 

While you can share the files using the online portal, please reboot the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works for you.
