Tried restarting my computer and defaulting my apps to only open in Adobe, was working fine past two weeks till this morning when my tools and majority of the buttons/tabs aren't visible anymore.
Any ideas on how to resolve the issue?

Looking at the description given above, it seems like you have started experiencing this issue recently. Did it start appearing after installing some updates? Like system's or application's
Try opening a different file and checking the behavior
Close Acrobat completely, and restart the computer.
If nothing works, then.
