Tools Missing: Combine PDF

Question

My work account (paid for) is not showing all the available tools. I want to combine PDFs and the option is not available (also not showing up in search).

I also tried to create a PDF and it's only taking pictures and not other PDFs:

Please confirm that the application you are currently working on is Adobe Acrobat pro or the freeware Acrobat Reader.

There could be a possibility that either:

1- You are not signed in using the correct email address.

2- Or the application's installation wasn't successful.

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

Download the Acrobat installer from here:
