Transfering Acrobat Pro License to another OS

I have a license for Acrobat Pro 2020. The program works fine on my old windows PC. I have now switched to a mac and can not activate the software on the new PC. When I list my licenses under my account, only a windows version is offered for download. Is there a way to convert my windows license into a mac one?

You can activate. Just need the serial number for the MAC. Look for it on the certificate you received when you acquired the license. In this link you will find the MAC installer. Download Acrobat 2020 (adobe.com)

Lol, yeah you just need the Mac serial number. That costs between $150 & $200. No problem at all then follow the download instructions! Yes i have come upon the same conundrum. So almodt $200 down the drain. Anyone want an acrobat pro windows serial number?

no, if you purchased only the windows version, you can't change/exchange for a mac version (and vice versa).
