Trouble editing text in scanned form

I created a new fillable form using a scanner.  It works pretty good, but when I try to click on a OCR text area, the form fields move out of their original locations and sort of "float" around, and then won't go back again.  This is frustrating and stops me from editing text fields.  Images are attached.   Thank you.

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description that you are unable to edit text on this form. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. It is happening with only this form or with other forms too?

2. Application version?

There is a workaround if it is happening with this form only.

1. Select File> Print> under printer options select "Adobe PDF"

2. Select print > it might ask you to save, save the file.

3. Open the new saved form and now add fill-in fields using the "Prepare form" tool

(For windows only)
