Trying to install Adobe Acrobat Standard DC (2015) on new computer

I and trying to transfer Adobe Acrobat Standard DC (2015) from my old computer to my new one.  The "Help" menu doesn't have a "deactivate" option, only "Sign out", which I have done.

From my new computer, there doesn't seem to be a simple way to just download and install the software and then sign into my account again...I have to go to my product page and find it in my list of purchases.  Here is where the problem starts.  I purchased this software with my old computer, so it doesn't show up on the list.  When I try to add it to the list by entering my serial number, I get an error that it is "already in use."

Adobe DC version 15.6.30527.394114

Any thoughts?

The issue I was having is that there was no obvious way to deactivate it.  The only option I had was to sign out of the application, which didn't seem to do anything...until I checked back on the Adobe site a couple of hours later and say that Adobe Acrobat had magically appeared at the bottom of my list of purchases, with a download option.  I guess it just took a while for the server to recognize the sign-out, though it is odd that Acrobat did not appear in my purchase list when I was trying to download it earlier.

Thanks for trying to help - the problem seems to have fixed itself!

If it has a serial number that it needs to be deactivated first. If it's a part of a subscription then it's connected to your Adobe account, and then you just need to log out from one computer and log in on another, after you install it.

My guess is it's the former. You should be able to deactivate it from within the application itself, or maybe even from your Adobe account, where you could also get the correct installer for it.
