Question

Trying to recreate my custom stamps in Acrobat pro / mac

I have forgotten how to get custom stamps (they are editorial markings) into the palette. Is there a step by step guide? The official Adobe guide is not helping.

My stamps live in a PDF document, each one has a page. I'd like to import the whole batch (only 12 stamps right now). I cannot seem to get them into the palette.

tx

Is this a stamps file you already created and copied from another machine? Or just the layout for stamps that you want to create? If the latter, then yes, you need to do it one by one.

I don't know; I had a file or rather files with stamps that were working. Importing is a problem. I think I just don't understand the process. Is there a good description available? tx

All you need to do is locate the Stamps folder of the application and copy the stamps file into it.

If it's Acrobat DC on Windows it would be:

C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Stamps

I can import them one by one; seem to have to give each one a name; is there a quicker simpler way?
