Two finger scrolling Adobe Acrobat DC not working

After reinstalling Windows 10 on my laptop I downloaded Acrobat again, only to find that two finger scrolling in the whole program does not work.

Scrolling up/down/sideways works when I double click the scroll bar on the side/bottom of the window, but not when using the touchpad.

Uninstalling & reinstalling Acrobat made no difference.

Please help!

Kind regards,

Hendrik

Hi @Hennners

Hope you are doing well.

Scrolling up/down/sideways works when I double click the scroll bar on the side/bottom of the window, but not when using the touchpad.

Can you please share the screen recording to explain this workflow? Also, what exactly are you referring to as the touchpad here?

Meanwhile, Open Acrobat>Check the View>Page Navigation> Enable Scrolling.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi!
I was able to solve the problem by updating my Windows to version 20H2.

After that everything went swimmingly.

Thanks for the fast reply!
