Unable to export to jpg to shared folder

I've found several other users with this same issue, but no solution. I have a pdf created by CAD that I need to export to a .jpg. When I select export, if the destination is on our server, the file will not export. There is no error message, it finishes its process and then there is no file. Our current work-around is to export to the desktop and then move the file, but I would like every user to have the same workflow. Currently, only one user in our office is experiencing this problem.

Exporting to another file format such as .jpx works as well. It's only .jpg, and only to the server.

Has anyone else had this issue and been able to solve it?

Hello @Andrew L87

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the trouble.

As you mentioned, when you store the file locally, it works fine.

It seems like an issue with the server at your end.

I suggest you to contact your IT admin and see if that helps.

Regards,

Krutikka
