Unable to get Adobe print dialogue box in Chrome

When printing a pdf in from Chrome, even with the Adobe Acrobat extention installed, I still get a very simplified dialogue box, that is missing many options. I have includedimages of both the simple dialoge bix, and the one I want to print from

Regrettably, Chrome (and Edge) have their own internal PDF viewers and don't allow Acrobat or Reader to take ownership of PDF files in their walled-in gardens (so to speak). To open and print a web-based PDF file from within those browsers, you must download the PDF file and then open it in Adobe Acrobat or Reader.
