Unable to open DRM files

Hello,

I am unable to open protected files in Acrobat. I get the following error:

Access Denied

This machine is not registered for access to this document

This works on one PC but not the other. Is this a limitation of the DRM protection or is there a way I can open the document across multiple devices?

That message doesn't sound like any Acrobat DRM message. What system are you using for DRM? You might have better luck asking the provider.

It's using the FileOpen plugin to open the files. It works on one device but not on another. I'm wondering if the DRM is tied to a PC?

You need to contact the person who manages the FileOpen RightsServer or FileOpen RightsManager. This is a 3rd party protection system.
