Unable to save a certified copy

Hi

 

One of my users has a problem when traying to save a cerfified copy. 

After clicking "save a certified copy" option the progress bar shows up but it stocks at the middle of process.

i leaved it around 30 min but nothing happens. 

 

Current adobe version is :

Adobe Acrobat pro 2024.004.2022

Good day,

 

I have an end user who is experiencing the same problem. Has anyone fixed this issue?  This is a cloud-based product.  Thank you in advance!

This is happening to me as well. Save Certified stops half way and does not complete.

Does that user have that problem with arbitrary documents or only with specific ones?

If only with specific ones, do other users have the same issue with those specific ones?

 

Also, does that user have that problem only from a single computer or also from other computers? (Please also test from beyond company firewalls.)

 

And does that user have the problem only with a single signing identity? (Please also test with a self-signed test identity.)

Hi Mike.

The problem is with any document in a single computer. other users with the same license and same adobe version are able to save certified copies.

 

I tried reinstalling adobe, deleting user preferences folder, reasingning license.

Any other suggestion?

Do you mean that a single user on a single computer has the issue while other users on the same computer don't? Or have you tested with other users only on different computers?
