Unable to send shared reviews using SharePoint Online and Windows 10

I am unable to send shared reviews using Adobe Acrobat 2017, SharePoint Online, and Windows 10. I can send them from a network drive, but from SharePoint Adobe

hangs on Creating shared folder after completing the steps to send the review as a link in the email.

I'm having the same issue and posted elsewhere recently. I cannot enter a SharePoint URL with anything beyond the top-level subsite. That is not a usable option. The path must include subsite subfolders. For example, I'm trying to enter a URL that includes the subsite > product > relesase > document > iteration  but get an error. I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
