I had to reinstall Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 to Windows 11 Home on a new SSD. The install apparently went well, but gets stuck on a "Loading..." window when attepting to sign in to start the program. Have tried reinstalling and repairing to no avail. Is there a fix?

This worked for me: Hopefully this method of getting to your perpetual licenced product doesn't get "fixed".

I know this has been closed. But a workaround I found out was to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I used the sign in from Reader to sign into the Adobe account. I launched the licensed/subscription-based version of Adobe Acrobat, and the Reader sign-in was able to translate to the licensed version sign-in with my Adobe ID credentials. Hope this helps anyone in the future.

Thanks for the suggestion, but no, it did not work. I re-installed Pro 17 then installed Reader DC and signed into DC. I could find no way to associate the Reader DC sign-in with the Pro 17 sign-in. So I'm still stuck!

Actuall, now I get to sign in, but a window pops up telling me the serial number is already in use by the maximum number of computers and I need to deactivate another computer within 30 days to use the product. But when I log into my account, there are no computers activated. Any ideas?
