Unable to type numbers in English

I have Adobe Acrobat DC professional version, i am facing a challenge with numbers while i am editing a PDF. Whenever I entered a number it types into Arabic font / version, strange part is on that computer all my setting is in English keyboard (US International). How can i fix this issue.

Please advise.

Thanks - also fixed for me....  but how typical of Adobe.  I've never chosen any Hindi settings before, there's absolutely no reason for this to be checked for me.  Adobe's signature user experience that frustrates everyone...

Hi, just solved this myself. Go to Menu in top left > preferences > language, and untick hindi digits
