Unable to uninstall Adobe Acrobat from computer storage memory?

When I try to uninstall Adobe Acrobat from my laptop storage (I don't have the app downloaded), it shows me the message "This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package."

On Creative Cloud, it shows that I have Adobe Acrobat but when I try to uninstall it, it just stops the process and resets. I tried downloading Microsoft's Fix it troubleshooter in order to delete it but it couldn't find any errors or anything.

So right now I really have no idea how I can get rid of this app, I have no interest in using it and I cannot get rid of it. Any advice?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html and see if that works.

Let us know if you experience any trouble and need more help.
