unlinking duplicated check boxes

I've created a form with roughly 50 check boxes and 25 pull-downs. I duplicated the first three and pasted them in position.

When I tested the form, when I clicked on one check box, all the check boxes became checked.

How do I unlink them so that clicking on one box will only check that box.

Thanks

Another Soulution that I have found might be easier or quicker depending on your set up. You do need to start over, but it is MUCH faster than renaming every checkbox.Go to create a form and select checkbox, Create a new checkbox and put it where you need it to go. Then, right click on the checkbox you just created to see the menu of optoins the first on the list of options should be properties, don't click properties, that just tells you you're in the right menu. The 5th option from the bottom of that menu is "Create Multiple Copies" select that option. Then it will show a pop up menue that has as the top options "number of feilds", with one that reads "copy selected feilds down", and another that reads "Copy selected feilds across". Each will have a space next to them where you can imput a number. By default those numbers are 2 and 2. adjust that number until you have the total quantity of that type of feild you need on the page by multiplying those numbers together. Be aware that when you do this, that first feild or check box you created counts as one of the "copied feilds" as it is not copy pasting as much as generating the number vertically and horizontally of that feild that imput. you are able to go to the third area of the pop up menu box to move all the feilds it has generated / made copies of for you, with the "up", "down","left" and "right" buttons but I do not recomend you do it that way as it moves them all like a milimiter at a time or less per click. Instead, click Ok, and then left click with your mouse and drag to select groups of theese feilds that you want to move, once multiple are selected click the center of one of the now highlighted feilds with left click, hold left click down and drag that form where you need it on you page. If you generate "copies' of feilds this way instead of copy paste, each of those feilds will be independent of one another.

This is what I am attempting, and unique names don't seem to help. Please give an example?
