Upgrading Acrobat Pro DC from individual account to business account with multiple seats

How does one upgrade from an Individual Acrobat Pro DC plan/account to a plan that is under business pricing/multiple seats?

 

Can you upgrade from an individual account to a business account?

 

or - do you need to cancel the individual subscription and then purchase a new business subscription for multiple seats?

Hope you are doing well. As described you want to change the plan to business plan.

 

If you purchased your plan from Adobe, you can change it in your Adobe account page. If you purchased elsewhere, contact the store directly.

Hello,

 

I purchased from Adobe directly.

 

The below still does not help me.

 

I currently have the Acrobat Pro DC plan as an individual.

 

 

 

 

I now have a second staff member whom I need to purchase the same product for.

 

I can see on the business pricing option it costs $A24.99/month/seat.

How do I upgrade from my current individual account to the business option with two subscriptions?

 

When I go into account admin per your email below the business solution is not available. Therefore, do I need to cancel my individual plan and then re-purchase as a business plan?

 

Or can I upgrade from the individual plan to the business plan?
