URL link in text field

I am creating a form where the user will copy/paste a URL from their browser. I need for this to convert to a hyperlink, so this information can be pulled up from the URL link in that specific field. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

Use a form text field with rich text format. There are hyperlinks possible.

It won't happen automatically, though. The user will have to manually create it.

 

I recommend using a button field next to the text field to launch the URL.

I've reviewed the button actions, and I don't find one that will work. Will this need JS as well? If so, what can be used here? (Thank you in advance - I'm a novice with javascript.)
