User account migration

An IT company owns my user accounts and administrator access to the Adobe account.
I want to recover the accounts in my console to have full management, how should I do it please?

Hi,

You need to locate the username (email address) and password you use to log in Creative Cloud.

Check if you can log in your account using https://adobe.com and reset your password. You need to have access to the email address used to log in the account.

I don't think you misunderstood my request.
I have the username and password of all users.
But I don't have access to the admin console to remove or add a user or even purchase a license.
So I want my own admin console to manage users and licenses.
Should we simply delete them in one account to recreate them in the other or should we transfer them?

Do you know the person that has administration rights?  You can ask them to include you as admin in the console.

If the current adminitrator is no longer with the IT company - you should contact the reseller that sold you the licenses and ask them to contact Adobe and have the administrator changed.  They will need Adobe's VIP number.
