Using Adobe Pro In Office- Need the date on E-Sigs to go away already!

Hey All,

I have researched on this board for a while and posts from 2022 state this can't be done when using an Adobe Pro Account. I am hoping by now something has changed and there is a way to do this?

It blows my mind that a pro account doesn't seem to have the option to remove that element in E-signature settings. This is literally causing my team members to hate so hard on Adobe Sign even though I find it superior and more efficient for us to use overall.

I will never get buy-in from our folks so long as this is an issue.

Any ideas for how to change this or get Adobe devs to make this happen? Thanks All!

Hi @Molly22021682q16s

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please check the correct answers in the similar discussions listed below and see if that helps:

Hi Amal!

Thanks for your reply. I was so hopeful when reading through some of these links but unfortunately, none were successful in helping me reach my goal.

One of the links even has a thread that backs up my original concern that Acrobat Pro DC doesn't offer the signature settings change re Adobe sign. Still blows my mind.

May you confirm that the attached is still true? If it is, then that is why we can't make this change.

Basically, it means the company would have to get rid of Adobe Acrobat Pro and purchase only Adobe Signature services in order for us to gain this option? 😞

Thanks for your insights here!

Hey There!

I wanted to follow back up on this to see if you are aware of any changes to this issue with the new upgrades and updates for Adobe Pro?  I still am not finding a way to turn that setting off for our account as a whole or even just in my personal settings.

Is there any way for us to remove the required of date a time stamp when sending docs for E-signature to our clients?

We would love to cancel our other E-sign services if Adobe has finally made this change available to us.

Any insight is appreciated!!

Same, please give us this option.
