When creating a PDF in Acrobat asks for additional permission

A pop-up tells me thaty additional permission is required for access.

Am unable to complete request. Happening with all word docs, even those that had previously created a PDF from.

I fixed it by granting Microsoft Word Full Disk Access in the Privacy and Security Settings.

Thanks for this tip - seems to do the trick converting word..

Printing to my color brother laser still erratic as well as scrolling some PDFs).

ADOBE - are you listening? Do you care? Your last upgrade broke at least 2 things. This issue and printing with certain driver in which Distiller launches and prevents printing. Many reports in this and another thread. This is NOT a WORD issue, it is an Acrobat Pro Issue in the way it links to WORD. Can we have an acknowledgement you can replicate and are working on these ?

I am having this same problem today, April 29, 2024 on Apple macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 and with Microsoft Word for Mac 16.84 and Adobe Acrobat Pro 2004.20687. I get the error message every time I try to create a PDF from a .DOCX file. Please fix I am desperate 😓
