hi! I was having some issues with font aliasing when exporting JPG from PDF.
Best workaround I've found is:
1) Open the PDF, right click any thumbnail and choose "Extract pages ...". make sure you check "Extract to different documents". This will save one PDF for each page.
2) In Photoshop, choose "File" > "Scripts" > "Image processor ...". Select the folder, check "Save JPG", choose the quality and RUN.

Be sure to export as "High" or "Maxi" JPEG quality and be sure to display the JPEG with a 100% zoom.

Workarounds:

- open the PDF with Photoshop,

- take a screenshot.

What export options does you use?

I used, File/Export to/Image/JPEG and select the quality maximum.

Maybe post a screenshot of the PDF for comparison?

Thanks

Looks like you have zoomed in to the JPEG.  Don’t!
