When printing duplex pages PDFs from Acrobat Pro DC, back page garbled

Brand new computer install for a client.  When we print a duplex page from Acrobat, the pack page is garbled.  When I print that same PDF from Chrome (not using the Acrobat extension) the page prints just fine in duplex.  I can also print duplex pages from Word, Excel, and Chrome without issues.  When I print duplex pages from Chrome using the Adobe exention, the page page is garbled.

I made sure I had the latest drivers from HP, latest FW on the HP printer.  I made sure I had all the updates from Microsoft for Windows 10.  I checked to make sure Adobe Acrobat Pro DC was up to date (21.0.11.20039).  It says it is.

I'm really at a loss for this one.  I have found a handfull of folks having the same problem.  The best answers in those forums were to not print duplex.  That really does not work for us.  Attached is a photo of the back side of a page.
