When Printing PDF 8.5 x 11 Document, it cuts off almost a half inch on left side

Suddenly I can no longer print 8.5 by 11 pdf documents. No matter what I do, the document will print as though it's right hand margin has enlarged by almost a half inch, and the left hand margin is cut off by about a 1/2 inch. I can click "actual size", no change. If I click "fit", it not only reduces the size of the document, but leaves in the right to left shift and then I end up with "L" type shapes in each corner of the document. I can't seem to reset it either. Flailing.

a similar problem, brute-force resolved by printing to "Tabloid" size, and changing the size percentage as well in the additional PDF print settings

Uncheck "Choose Paper Source by PDF page Size"

and then click Page Setup at bottom left corner or Properties at top and check for proper page size. There might be some weird custom one in there that it is being automatically selected when the "Choose Paper.." box is checked.

    I just did that, but to no avail. Thanks for idea though. I figured this is going to be a tough one to figure out. That's my gut feeling, but hopefully I am wrong.

    Can you share one of the PDFs?

    These are files created by your 477dw scan-to-pdf?

    Hi there

     

    Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

     

    The issue could be solved by changing the default page size of Adobe PDF Printer from the Advanced button inside print dialog. One needs to set page size and margin as per the requirement. By default, pages are set to size "Letter".
