When signing a document, signature is hidden behind stamp\pasted image

Hello,

In both Adobe Pro and Adobe reader we use stamps in order to create an area where staff can sign a document\add a date and any additional comments. Users are able to paste the stamp, but when they try to place there signautre on the stamp, it goes to the layer behind the stamp. I've been unable to find a way bring the signature to the front. I figued flattening would resolve this, but it does notthing.

It's not a good idea to have overlapping comments and/or fields, exactly because it's not possible to explicitly set their stacking ("z-index") order. What you can do is flatten the page after adding the stamp, and before adding the signature. That would convert the stamp to static contents.

I guess that works, the next problem is: how do you flatten? and Do I have time to waste on this?
The answer is to bad that software does not work as expected, maybe i'll find an other one that works.
