White Screen

Hi. 

I have a colleague whos Acrobat Standard DC is showing white screens.

The Acrobat Standard DC works fine the first time opening the PDF, but the secound time it shows the White Screen. 

I have looked in the Adobe Community but it seams like theres alot who have this problem, and some have worked it out, and some have tried everything and nothing have worked.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reporting this to us.

I checked the screenshot, it seems that document content is completely missing and it shows blank. Try the following steps and see if it makes any difference:

1- If you experience the same behaviour upon opening PDF files, then close the files first navigate to Help>Check for update>Reboot Acrobat just to make sure that you have the latest built installed.

2- After rebooting, if document still comes blank then Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected View" and "Protected mode at startup">OK>Reboot Acrobat

3- Does it open the file now?

 

To understand better, and to proceed further, need some more information from your:

1- Does it gives blank screen upon opening all the pdfs?

2- If suggestion given above doesn't work, then please share a sample file with us. We'll test the same at our end.
