Why do i need to upgrade adobe every time on SARS!!!!

I have this problem with Adobe on SARS e filling. Every time I want to open a return 201 or complete a return I must upgrade it first and they want me to join and pay monthly fees for Adobe. I upgrade it like a 100 times a day how many time must I still do it? This is for the free package, my husband did bought one from you and am not going to run a second account just Adobe can make money. Really I am not going to go pro, deal with it and stop this upgrade sh........t please? It is really frustrating and annoying!  I want to know why and why this is happening every time. Can you please assist me with this problem I have?

    If your husband uses the same computer and has installed paid-for Acrobat you have a problem.

    The same computer. He have a labtop and I am on the main server computer. I upgrade and it shows that it is alrady upgrade and installed but still I cannot open 201 on SARS????? Why, I can use it and open other documents but not on SARS. That is the problem nothing els......

      I think the SARS site is confused. What web browser do you use? Try using Internet Explorer.

        I think all government regulated e-filing services require the latest software for security reasons.  It's to protect your identity as well as your data.   SARS has links to their own mobile e-filing apps on Google Play and Apple App Stores.

              Apparently you need Acrobat Reader plugin (free and no account needed) for your web browser.

              Not all Web browsers can be used!.

              Search for information help-
