Good afternoon:

I have an Adobe Acrobat Pro license assigned by my company, ChampionX. The license is current, but I keep getting this message about my license has expired.

Thank you,

Cindy Cumston

If you get the trial version when you log in to your Adobe program, you probably chose the wrong profile.

Steps to follow to verify which profile is correct:
1. Go to https://account.adobe.com/
2. Enter your Adobe credentials.
3. Select the "Company or School Account" profile

4. Clic on the round pic on the right hand and choose View Account.

5. If you see the product assigned to you, you have chosen the correct profile.

6. If not, sign out and choose "Personal Profile" and repeat #4.

For all licensing related issues, you need to contact Adobe's support directly. Most people here are just users of Adobe's technology, just like you, and we don't have access to Adobe's licensing infrastructure.

Thank you.  I was on a support call for over an hour yesterday and issue has been escalated to the next level of support.

Good luck! I know this can sometimes be a painful process, but again, they are the only ones who can help you.

Thank you, I did finally get it working.  I think there was an issue with the way our Corporate Office processed the renewal, the gal there is young and on a learning curve. Did end up getting to the 4th level of Suport at Adobe to get it fixed.
