Acrobat Reader DC rotate shortcut missing

Hello,

I have a free acrobat reader dc and the right turn hotkey has disappeared from the program. Reinstallation did not help. This feature worked before install latest update.
The program running on windows 10 21H1
Can anyone help me maybe?

Hi Tamás,

 

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

 

Please try to repair the application installation on the machine. In the application, go to Help > Repair Installation.

If the issue persists, please share the Reader DC version installed on your machine? 

As the feature was working fine before, could you please confirm the hotkey used to be mentioned there?

Hi Meenakshi,

 

Thanks for your reply, there is a problem with the 64bit adobe system.
32bit contains rotation but 64bit not. Version is the same.

On another machine with the same versions and 32bit:

Hi Meenakshi,


+ the pdf preview doesn' t go into outlook either, it doesn' t see the program installed. This hasn' t been a problem so far either.
